THE TRANSFER BOARD

This is what a transfer board looks like. It is in the President's office. And is one of the most important "tools" in the office. Across the top are the names of the 10 zones. Each column contains the cards of each missionary with their companion with the ward name listed above them. The red lines show districts. The cards are full of information like month and date arrived in mission, in area, where served previously, who companions have been, if they are on bike, if they can drive, if they speak spanish, and many more items. The President and Assistants spend many hours working here and praying over it.
