BACK YARD HABITAT

This is one of the many things I love about Virginia. The animals everywhere. This family of deer has been living in our neighborhood woods and comes to visit every few weeks. Just this week there they were, right off the back patio in our backyard. As long as we are very quiet and still, we can look out the windows and watch them. They have gotten pretty brave though, coming right next to the patio railing. I will miss this.
