TRANSFER MEETING 10-27-2011

Transfer Meeting. A packed house. Lots of changes. When you have 20 departing missionaries and 19 arriving plus 7 Visa Waiters arriving it causes lots of changes. And this meeting is always a lot of fun. We hear some parting words of advice from the missionaries that are leaving. This is their last official meeting. They will leave this meeting and go to the mission home with us to stay their last night in the mission. All the transfers are read out and new companionships are formed. Getting everyone out and all the right luggage in the right cars with the right bikes and bike racks and right phones and to the right places is a little of organized chaos. It takes untold hours of planning. Plus they like to visit, so getting them moving takes some "pushing". The transfer meeting
