TRAINERS MEETING- JAN 17, 2012

On the Tues before Transfers, we have a trainers meeting. We meet with the missionaries that have been chosen as trainers for the new missionaries. We share with them a wonderful talk by Elder Jeffrey Holland where he describes the importance of this calling and that it is the most important companion that a missionary ever has. We try to stress this important calling to these specially selected missionaries so they will know that we are really depending on them to help their trainee become the best missionary they can possibly be.

I think they go away from this meeting feeling the weight, importance, and trust of this call.
