DEPARTING INTERVIEWS-TIES, SCRIPTURES, CONVERSION STORIES AND MEMORIES

We had half the departing Elders over this morning for their final"departing" interviews. This is a fun morning for me. I get to visit with these wonderful missionaries for a few hours and enjoy their personalities and feel of their great spirits. They come with their ties for the banister and a favorite conversion story for my book. They mark one of their favorite scriptures and sign their name by it and make a video for the incoming missionaries.

This is harder than it looks, doing a tie backwards. For moms it's easy, it's how we do our sons, from behind them and around their necks.

Elder Wallace, he brought me the tie that he wore to every baptism. What a sweet heart
