The transfer meeting. All missionaries getting new assignments or companions come to the transfer meeting. We have talks and testimonies from the departing missionaries and then introduce the new missionaries to their trainers. And then announce all the new transfer for everyone. It is kind of like organized confusion. Lots of fun.
