DEPARTING INTERVIEWS-TIES AND VISITS

On Tues. March 29 the departing missionaries came to the mission home for their final interview with President Albright. They also come prepared with a tie for the banister, a favorite scripture to mark in my scriptures, and a conversion story for me. This book of conversion stories is ending up one of my favorite keepsakes. The stories are beautiful, touching and uplifting. I love visiting with them and hearing about their feelings as they talk about heading home. 9 of them came today. Elders Hall and Hutchinson are not leaving for two more weeks and will come later in the month.
While they are at the mission home, the assistants video tape them as they interview them about their missions. We put together a video to show the incoming missionaries that hopefully inspires them to become their best possible missionary.
