FAREWELL TO 3 MORE -JAN 7,2011

On Jan 6, 2011 we left transfer meeting with our 3 departing missionaries, Sisters Ferry, Baxter and Elder Grundvig. We spent the afternoon and evening visiting the National Cathedral, The Kennedy Center for a performance, and stops by the IwoJima memorial and the Pentagon. It was a very fun day. We also enjoyed the company of Sister Ferrys parents who have come to pick her up. Sis Baxter and Elder Grundvig left Early the next morning and the Ferrys left later in the day.

I Could write a whole page on the miracle of Sister Ferry's cello. One of the smartest things we did was have her ship her cello here to DC. It has been used in countless missionary ways. She is a gifted musician, and it was a blessing to have her with us.
