Another fabulous Zone Council. Such a wonderful training for leadership.
It is fun to watch these young men participate and come together to council and make decisions
regarding the mission.
They also have an Accountability charts. Each of the zone leader companionships
report on their specific ward and how it is doing and on their zones.
This gives them ownership of their area.
We have both breakfast and lunch together. It's a fun filled day.
